DocTranslator is an online document translation service operated by Translation Cloud LLC, based in New York. Since its launch in 2021, DocTranslator.com has helped individuals and businesses translate documents in 108 languages while preserving the original formatting, fonts, and layout.
We translate PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, InDesign files and more, with no reformatting required. Our own translation technology is the DocTranslator AI Engine, developed in-house: it reads each file, translates the text and rebuilds the page in its original layout.

Uploads travel over HTTPS, are never sold or shared, and are never used to train AI models. On the free plan documents are deleted about 24 hours after upload; on a paid plan they are kept while the subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends.
